Angostura Bitters are as central to a good cocktail bar as the vodka or gin being one of the 14 essential ingredients used in ‘Diffords Guide – Cocktails Made Easy’. It has been being made the same way since 1824 when developed by by Dr. J.G.B. Siegert in the town of Angostura, Venezuela – as an aromatic blend of gentian flowers in combination with a variety of vegetable colouring matter.

It is a requirement for making anything from a traditional Mojito to a Singapore Sling to a Mai Tai – so a perfect gift for anyone who enjoys the finer tipples.
